Cancellation Policy

To cancel a booking, you must contact us by phone or email, providing the date and time of the booking.

For cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund of the deposit paid. For cancellations made within the 12 hours prior to the game session, the amount paid will be retained to cover administrative and management costs.
